I'm Emma.
I don't remember a time in my life where textiles were not an integral part of my life. From weaving wool around weet-bix boxes, to making miles of knitting nancy, to practicing rows of tent stitch on tapestry canvas. I learned all of this at the knee of my mother and my grandmother. I guess it's in my blood. I am married to Mr Practical - the love of my life and my rock. Somewhere along the way we managed to have two children X and the Princess.
I work full time, which is great for saving $ for projects but terrible for allowing enough time to do all of those textile things I want to do. I've tried many different things, but my absolute favourites are knitting and sewing. See me as auscroke on Ravelry.
